We are proud to serve as the in-house caterer at The Hollywood Schoolhouse and complement the warmth, elegance, and quality of the facility.

The Collectors Café Catering can prepare an enormous variety of foods, using only the best and freshest of ingredients, custom prepared for you. All service staff (excluding your bartender) is included in the menu price, as well as the dishes and flatware.

We prefer to customize a menu to specifically fit your tastes and expectations, but following are some example menus created by the Collector's Cafe.
