The Hollywood Schoolhouse offers a unique atmosphere for meetings, feeling like a true "getaway" and contributing to highly productive meetings.

The Atrium & Museum

The Museum is an informal, intimate, out-of-the-ordinary room. An antique board table is surrounded by plenty of space for getting comfortable in a variety of chairs and couches. It can also be setup classroom style with round tables, perfect for workshop style meetings. Extending from the Museum is the Atrium, a wide walkway of windows and French doors that open onto balconies on both sides with a full view of the surrounding valley.

The Grand Ballroom
(35 to 80 guests)

Much different than a typical banquet room, the Grand Ballroom is an elegant, sweeping room with hardwood floor, lots of windows, a fireplace, and an antique bar. Combined with the Atrium & Museum, comfortable foyers, and outdoor garden area, there is ample space for comfortable breakouts. This room can accommodate up to 180 guests seated for a luncheon without a formal meeting.

Catering

To insure excellent quality and service all Food and Beverage must be exclusively provided by
The Collectors Cafe.  Sorry but no other caterers are allowed.

Audio Visual Equipment

We have a standard overhead projector and screen, and two easels with pads & pens available to you, please inquire as to charges. In the Grand Ballroom, we have a public address system. We are happy to coordinate any additional audiovisual needs for you.

Weekend Rental Rates for 2007

All weekend rentals are for 8 hours including the time for setup and takedown. Holiday rates vary and we are not open on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day.
